We offer a full planning service from site visits and survey to consultation with the LPA (local planning authority) and initial enquires through to outline planning with design and on to the full Planning submissions with detailed drawings drawn by CAD (computer aided design) Some smaller extensions can be carried out under permitted development and are not subject to the planning procedure. we offer a full listed buildings consent service

Building Regulations
We offer a full building regulation specification and drawing service again from site visits and survey to consultation with the LPA (local planning authority) building control office on to design spec and full plan submission . we also offer for smaller project a building notice submission which there are no requirement for a detailed specification there is the need to demonstrate you have engaged the services of a reputable builder. Detailed drawings are produced on CAD (computer aided design)
